  5. Once you have aligned the images 
  6. correctly just release the 
  7. measurement button and the 
  8. reading will be taken.  The 
  9. reading is complete when the 
  10. green lights go off, a red light 
  11. flashes once and you hear a long 
  12. chirp.  You may now move the 
  13. instrument away from the 
  14. patient.

  16. The reading will be shown on the 
  17. display screen.  The reading is 
  18. stored in the instrument while 
  19. you take the reading on the second eye.
